Date & Time

August 7 @ 5 PM - 9 PM

Location

National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium

The family-favorite summer food and music festival returns to the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium. Come on down to the boatyard after hours from 5 PM until 9 PM to indulge in local and regional bites while you enjoy music in the boatyard with the Mississippi River in the background.

From 5 PM  - 7 PM, enjoy the dunk tank provided by Big Time Events to dunk Vice President of Finance & Operations Tommy Lange or Vice President of Living Collections Andy Allison!

Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to use; however, a limited number of picnic tables will be available.

Taste of Summer is open to all ages and does not require general admission. Both beer/seltzer/beverage sales and freewill donations will support the River Museum’s conservation efforts to save endangered species. Food vendors will compete for the People's Choice award, selected by a panel of River Museum team staff, volunteers and community members.

Ample free parking is available in the public lots outside the River Museum.
