Programming for the evening

4:00 - 7:30 PM | Tour the William M. Black Dredge boat. Final boarding will be 7:00 pm. |
5:00 PM | check out our Belt-Driven Machine Shop demonstration. the shop is located inside of the River of Innovation. |
5:30 PM | Enjoy a special evening showing of Dinosaurs: Giants of Patagonia. 4D theater is located on the second floor of the Diamond Jo National Rivers Center. |
Food and Beverages
Snacks are available in our museum stores and you can find a cash bar out on the boardwalk serving beer and pop.

Summer Exhibit
Ice Dinosaurs: the Lost World of the Alaskan Arctic and the dino store will be open all evening. Ice dinos is located on the second floor of the Mississippi River Center (paddlewheel building)

MakerSpace
Enjoy a variety of ever-changing activities as you tinker away. The MakerSpace will be open all evening and located inside our River of Innovation exhibit.

William M. Black Dredge Boat
Explore the William M. Black dredge boat, built and commissioned in 1934 for the Army Corps of Engineers. Have questions about the boat? A docent will be onboard to assist. Final boarding for the evening will be 7:00 pm.
Delta (stingray) Touch Tank
Have you ever wanted to touch a stingray? Now is your chance. the touch tank is open all evening.
Tidepool Touch Tank
Guest can enjoy interacting with our many sea stars and anemones! The Tidepool Touch tank is available all evening.
