Bring the River Museum to your classroom through distance learning!

For classes, camps, or groups that are located too far to come visit us at the National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium, or are outside of our Outreach Program reach, we are happy to be able to offer distance learning opportunities! Choose from the programs below to have one of the NMRMA educators host a video chat to bring the NMRMA into your classroom, library, or other space remotely. We offer programs for any age group and different learning themes or requirements. We are also happy to work with you to adjust our programming to meet your age group or theme requirements. If you are interested in booking or learning more about our distance learning programs for your group, please submit an inquiry.

  • Distance learning programs are 1-hour in duration and are each priced at $125.
  • Programs can be added (same or different program, but on the same day) for an additional $30.
  • If you are located within a 2-hour drive, or 100 miles from Dubuque, IA, check out our Outreach Programs for another way you could bring the NMRMA to your location!

To book your group, complete the inquiry form below. Contact our education team at (563) 557-9545 x222 or learning@rivermuseum.org for questions.
